Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Coat the baking sheet with olive oil. Peel the carrot and cut into thin slices, cut the beets into pieces. Boil the carrot in 5 minutes until al dente.
  3. Cut the onion into rings. Spoon the carrots, beets, potato wedges and onion rings on the baking tray, sprinkle with thyme leaves and pepper and salt.
  4. Roast the dish in 20 minutes in the oven until golden brown. Remove the skin from the mackerel. Finely pick the mackerel. Distribute over the baking dish.
  5. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the dish and serve with (freshly ground) pepper over it.
