Pasta salad with brie and walnuts
Salad with penne, cream brie, red onion, radish and walnuts.

Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Cut the brie into pieces. Remove 4 nice leaves from the salad and set aside. Cut the rest of the salad into strips.

Cut the onions into strips. Clean the radishes and cut into quarters. Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Mix the penne, chopped strips, onion, lamb's lettuce, radish, pieces of brie and the walnuts. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the vinegar, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl and mix with the pasta salad. Place the large salad leaves in a bowl and spoon in the salad.
