Pasta salad with goat's cheese
Salad of pasta with paprika, onion and cucumber with goat's cheese and garlic dressing.

Cut the pepper into strips, the onion in thin half rings and the cucumber in half slices.

Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. Add the pepper strips for the last 3 minutes.

Drain the pasta and paprika and let it cool quickly in a large bowl or bowl.

Beat the oregano by the garlic dressing.

Mix the penne, bell pepper, onion and cucumber with the dressing. Divide the salad over the plates.
