Directions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cook the green beans in plenty of water with salt in 10 minutes.

Rinse them with cold water and let them drain. Squeeze out the orange and finely chop the herbs.

Mix the orange juice in a bowl with the olive oil, Italian herbs and season with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Cut the salami into cubes.

Drain the pasta and scoop the still warm fusilli with the green beans, peppers and salami through the dressing. Allow the salad to cool for at least 20 minutes.

Put the arugula right before serving and bring the salad to taste with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.
