Skewers with ciabatta
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mushrooms (250g container), sausages, ciabatta (bread), pancetta (Italian bacon, package a 90 g), dried rosemary and olive oil.

Bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the mushrooms for 1 min. Drain and let cool. Cut the sausages into 6 pieces each. Cut 4 slices of the ciabatta and cut each slice into 4 pieces. Roll each piece of bread in a slice of pancetta.

Thread the mushrooms, sausage and pieces of bread alternately on the pins. Mix the rosemary with the oil and brush the skewers with it.

Heat the grill pan and grill the skewers over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Regularly. Serve with the rest of the ciabatta. Nice after the spaghetti with tomato and with the cucumber dip with mascarpone.
