Pasta salad with salmon and orange dressing
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fine frozen garden peas, sour cream and canned corn (drained).

Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling water with salt according to the instructions on the package al dente.

Drain the pasta, rinse it under cold running water and drain well in a colander.

Divide the broccoli into small florets and cook the florets in a small layer of boiling water with salt in 2-3 minutes until al dente.

Put the peas in a bowl, pour boiling water and leave for 2-3 minutes until the peas are just thawed.

Drain the broccoli and peas, rinse them under cold running water and let them drain well in a colander.

Clean the orange. Spoon the sour cream into a large serving dish and grate the peel of the orange above it.

Squeeze the orange and stir the juice with the mustard through the cream. Season the dressing with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Cut the salmon into strips three centimeters wide. Spoon the pasta with the broccoli, peas, corn and salmon through the dressing.
