Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Rinse in a colander under cold running water and let it drain.

Meanwhile, remove the skin from the mackerel and pull the fish into pieces with a fork.

Mix the oil, beetroot and lamb's lettuce through the pasta. Put the fish on it. Grind a lot of pepper and sprinkle with the pitten mix.

Stir in the horseradish through the crème fraîche and serve with the salad.
