Pasta shells with fennel and salmon
Pasta with bacon strips, paprika, fennel, salmon and cooking cream.

Cut the bell pepper into strips, cut the onions and cut the fennel tubers into thin slices.

Cook the pasta shells according to the instructions on the packaging.

Fry the bacon strips in the oil gently in a frying pan, add the onion, the pepper and the fennel and fry them until golden brown.

Add the salmon strips and fry them until ready to cook according to the instructions on the package. Add the cooking cream and bring to the boil.

Season with pepper. Drain the pasta and distribute it over the plates. Spoon the fennel with salmon in cream sauce.
