Directions
- 
                                Cook Penne according to instructions.
- 
                                Peel and chop onions and garlic.
- 
                                Oil gently with garlic and onion for 5 minutes.
- 
                                Stir in stir-fry pieces and bake for 5 minutes.
- 
                                Add the wok mix and bake for another 5 minutes.
- 
                                Heat in sauce pan.
- 
                                Penne and vegetable mixture together.
- 
                                Divide over four boards.
-
