Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the pepper into thin strips.

Cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic and pepper and let the garlic turn brown on a low heat for 3 minutes.

Drain the pasta and put it back in the pan. Slice the parsley. Add the oil and parsley. Season with pepper and and possibly salt.
