Pasta with green asparagus in cheese sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: fusilli, (freshly ground) black pepper, spring onions, green asparagus, (olive) oil, gorgonzola and salsa ai 4 formaggi (200 g Buitoni).

Cook in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt pasta in about 10 minutes.

Brush the onions and cut into pieces of about 1 cm.

Cut woody ends from asparagus.

Cut asparagus into 3 cm pieces.

Heat in wok oil.

Prepare asparagus and spring onions, add 1 dl of water and simmer asparagus in about 4 minutes.

Cut Gorgonzola into pieces and stir with cheese sauce through asparagus.

Heat for approx.
-
3 minutes until nice sauce is created.

Season with pepper.

Drain pasta and divide it over four deep plates.
