Pasta with lentils and sausages


Fusilli with fresh sausage, pasta sauce, broken green beans, onion and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Put the lentils with 1 liter of cold water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and cook in 25 minutes until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, turn the sausage every 5 cm so that small sausages are formed. Cut off the sausages.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages over medium heat in 2 min. Brown. Chop the onion and add together with the oregano and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the pasta sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the green beans after 10 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente in water with salt according to the instructions on the packaging.
  6. Drain the lentils and pasta and add to the sauce. Scoop and serve.
