Pasta with sea stars
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh penne (pasta) (250 g), salt, sea aster (vegetables à 150 g), garlic, roasted ham (thick slice), olive oil, crème fraiche (125 ml) and Zaanse mustard ( rough).

Boil in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt penne in approx.

5 minutes.

In the colander sea aster well rinse and drain.

Slice garlic and cut into thin slices.

Cut the ham into rough strips.

Heat oil in wok or large frying pan.

Sea star and garlic stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Fry crème fraîche and mustard together in a bowl and mix through the sea aster.

Drain pasta and scoop with ham by sea aster.
