A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: puff pastry ((frozen), thawed), eggs, split (yolks are not used), almond shavings (a 45 g), whipped cream, fine granulated sugar, forest fruit sauce (bottle) and icing sugar.

Preheat oven to 225 ° C. Cut slices of puff pastry diagonally in half. Place dough on baking sheet covered with parchment paper and cover with a little bit of egg whites. Almond shavings spread over dough. Bake dough slices for 8-10 minutes in an oven until they are proofed and golden brown. Allow to cool on a grid.
