Patties with spring onions and mushrooms
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: mushrooms (small (400 g)), spring onions (3 pieces), olive oil, sliced cabbage (300 g), finely chopped (Quorn, 175 g), curry powder, bechamel sauce (white sauce, 400 g) and pies (4 pieces).

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

Clean mushroom and spring onions.

Cut mushrooms into quarters.

Cut dark green part of spring onions into very narrow rings.
