Pea-melange with nut-dressing
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: haricots verts, snow peas, sugar snaps, pecans, (walnuts) oil, lemon juice, mustard, honey, (sea) salt, freshly ground pepper and garden peas (frozen pack a 450 g).

Haricots verts, snow peas and sugar snaps. Pecan nuts in a dry frying pan and then chop coarsely. In large scale dressing beating of oil, lemon juice, mustard and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

In the pan, bring plenty of water to the boil with salt. Cook sugar snaps for about 2 minutes. Add brown currants, snow peas and frozen peas. Bring the water back to the boil, continue to boil for about 3 minutes until all the legumes are al dente. Drain vegetables in colander and scoop through dressing. Pecans sprinkle on it.
