Pea pods with feta and spring onion
Salad of snow peas, spring onions, feta and olive oil.

Directions

Bring a pot of water with salt, if necessary, to the boil. Clean the snow peas and cook for 3 minutes.

Drain, rinse briefly under cold running water and drain.

Meanwhile, cut the spring onion into thin rings. Crumble the feta. Mix the spring onion and feta with the oil.

Mix the fetal mixture with the warm snow peas and serve.
