Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Cut the unpeeled shallots into quarters. Peel the celeriac and cut into large pieces. Cut the carrot into pieces of 2 cm.
  3. Make notches in the chicken drumsticks and halve the oranges.
  4. Put the shallot, celeriac, carrot, drumsticks, orange, bay leaf, fennel seed, bacon, unpeeled garlic and thyme in a refractory oven dish.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and salt.
  6. Drizzle with oil, scoop and grill for 1 hour in the middle of the oven. Spoon halfway.
  7. Take the dish out of the oven and put it on low heat. Remove the orange halves from the dish and allow to cool slightly.
