A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: baby potatoes (potatoes, 700 g), oil, curry powder, garlic (finely chopped), spring onions (3 pieces) and in rings).

Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes for 5 minutes in plenty of water with a little salt. Drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the potatoes and the curry powder 6 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the spring onions. Tasty with stuffed meatballs and green beans with goat's cheese.
