Stir-fried asparagus with haricots verts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: white asparagus, haricots verts, garlic, fresh ginger, red pepper, sereh (lemongrass), oil, soy sauce and fresh coriander (à 15 g).

Peel asparagus with peeler from the bottom of the cup.

Cut woody ends off.

Cut the asparagus half in length and cut into pieces of approx.

4 cm.

Cut and halve the tips of haricot verts.

Garlic peel, ginger peel, pepper and lemongrass stalk clean and chop everything roughly.

Mix in puree (or food processor).

Heat up wok oil and season spice gently for about 1 minute until it starts to smell.

Prepare asparagus and haricots vertically and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add 3/4 dl of water and soy sauce and let vegetables over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes.

Allow moisture to evaporate.

Pick coriander leaves from twigs and sprinkle over asparagus.

Serve with roast steak or tilapia fillet and pandan rice..
