A tasty asian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: string beans (cleaned), garlic, spring onions (3 pieces), sunflower oil and sambal bath jak.

Directions

  1. Cut the string beans into 1 cm slanted pieces. Boil for 4 min. Pour into a colander and drain well.
  2. Meanwhile cut the garlic into thin slices and the spring onion in rings.
  3. Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the garlic and sambal 1 min. Add the haricot beans and cook over high heat for 4 min. Add the spring onion, spoon and serve. Delicious with nasi herb stool (yellow rice) and chicken satay.
