Spinach with bacon, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and garlic.

Directions

  1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon in 6 min. Times regularly. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper. Cut the mushrooms and the garlic into slices.
  3. Fry the garlic for 1 minute in the remaining shortening. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat another frying pan without oil or butter, add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time. Drain in a colander.
  5. Push out as much moisture as possible with the convex side of a spoon. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Mix in a bowl with the mushrooms and the bacon. Scrape the cheese over it and serve.
