Spinach with mushrooms
Spinach with bacon, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon in 6 min. Times regularly. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.
Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper. Cut the mushrooms and the garlic into slices.
Fry the garlic for 1 minute in the remaining shortening. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
Heat another frying pan without oil or butter, add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time. Drain in a colander.
Push out as much moisture as possible with the convex side of a spoon. Season with pepper and salt.
Mix in a bowl with the mushrooms and the bacon. Scrape the cheese over it and serve.
