Directions

  1. Halve the peaches and remove the kernel. Crumble the amaretti in a mortar or with a rolling pin and mix in the wine, almond paste and egg yolk.
  2. Fill the peach cavities with the amaretti mixture and put the peaches side by side in the greased oven dish. Put a knob of butter on each peach. Store in the refrigerator until use.
