Peaches with amaretti
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: peaches, amaretti (biscuits or cantuccini), sweet white wine, almond paste, egg yolk, butter and icing sugar.

Halve the peaches and remove the kernel. Crumble the amaretti in a mortar or with a rolling pin and mix in the wine, almond paste and egg yolk.

Fill the peach cavities with the amaretti mixture and put the peaches side by side in the greased oven dish. Put a knob of butter on each peach. Store in the refrigerator until use.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Place the dish on the grate in the middle of the oven and fry the peaches for about 20 minutes until golden brown and done.
