Directions

  1. Clean the lime. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Peel the ginger root and grate fine. Slice the coriander.
  2. Mix the lime juice, grater, ginger root and coriander with the peanut butter, sunflower oil and honey.
