Peanut soup with cucumber
Kids recipe for peanut soup with cayenne pepper, cucumber and potatoes.

Peel the onion and cut it very small. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Cut the tomato in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the tomato into small pieces.

Cut the cucumber into thin, long pieces.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion and potato cubes and stir for 2 minutes. Pour 1 liter of water and wait until it boils.

Put in the stock cubes and lower the heat. Prick with a fork in the potato cubes after 10 minutes. If they are soft, add the peanut butter.

Stir until all peanut butter is dissolved. Then stir in the tomato. Sprinkle in a little salt and cayenne pepper. Now you have the soup.

Put another pan with 1 liter of water on the fire, until it boils.

Put the bean sprouts in a sieve. Pour the boiling water over it. Put the soup in bowls and decorate it with the pieces of cucumber and bean sprouts.
