Directions

  1. Peel the pears and divide them into four. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Puree one pear. Divide the smoked meat over 4 plates and place a piece of rocket in the middle.
  3. Put the pear quarters on it.
  4. Mix the pear puree with the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle this dressing over the pear and smoked meat. Sprinkle the walnuts over it.
