Peasant fish dish
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, butter, Dutch wok vegetables (400 g), zucchini (sliced), haddock fillet (in strips of 4 cm) and herb butter (a 100 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the wok vegetables and zucchini for 5 minutes. Scoop in the baking dish. Put the fish on the vegetables. Pour 100 ml of water and spread the herb butter in flakes over the fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry the fish in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until done. Divide the rice over 4 plates and add the fish with vegetables.
