Pecan caramel ice cream with chocolate sauce
A tasty american recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: pecans (box 115 g), red pepper, whipped cream (125 ml), vanilla sugar, dark chocolate ((100 g), in pieces), ice cream pecan caramel (1 liter box) and chocolate chip cookies (pure (roll 200 g)).

Roast the pecans for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter. Let cool on a plate. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Put the pulp of the pepper with the whipped cream and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Bring to low heat on low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour through a fine sieve into another saucepan. The pepper has now made the whipped cream slightly spicy. Add the chocolate to the still hot cream and melt it with stirring.

Scoop the ice cream into 4 bowls or glasses. Spoon some chocolate sauce over and crumble the biscuits over it. Sprinkle with the pecans and serve immediately.
