A nice Chinese recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, light soy sauce, dry sherry, sesame oil, sugar, pork strips (unseasoned), chicken broth (from tablets), shiitakes (in strips), tahoe (diced), eggs (beaten), rice vinegar , white pepper, fresh chives ((a 20 g) and chopped).

In a bowl mix 2 tbsp soy sauce with sherry, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil and sugar. Mix the pork strips and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Bring pan with shiitake to boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add meat with marinade and bean curd and simmer soup for about 3 minutes. Take the pan of fire and pour the beaten egg in a thin stream in hot soup. Slowly stir the soup, so that egg solidifies in flakes. Stir in the vinegar, the remaining soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and a lot of white pepper. Garnish with chives.
