Preheat the oven grill to the highest setting.

Boil the penne in a pan with plenty of boiling water with salt in 12 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, make the pesto: Put the garlic, basil, pine nuts and cheese in the blender or in the small bowl of the food processor and mix everything into a thin puree.

Pour in so much olive oil that it becomes a nice, creamy sauce.

Put the bunches with to in a baking tin and sprinkle olive oil over it.

Slide them ten centimeters under the hot grill element and roast them for four minutes until the sheets burst.

Drain the penne and mix in half of the pesto.

Spoon the penne with pesto in warm pasta plates and place the bunches with to them.

Serve the remaining pesto.
