                                Boil the penne in plenty of water with salt al dente according to the instructions on the package.

                                Cut the garlic into slices and the pepper into strips. Bring the tomato cubes to the boil with the garlic and the paprika.
 - 
                                Turn the heat down and pass the rosemary needles over the pan of the twig. Let the tomato sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
 - 
                                Drain the tuna and cut into pieces. Scoop the capers and tuna with salt and pepper to taste through the sauce and heat for another 3-4 minutes.
 - 
                                Spread the pasta over four bowls or deep plates and spoon the sauce on it.
