Let the butter melt and stir in the flour until it is released from the bottom.

Mix the warm milk with a whisk. Bring the sauce to a boil and let it stir for a few minutes.

Blanch the broccoli florets in the same water for about 3 minutes. Pour the broccoli on top of the pasta in the colander and shake well.
