Remove the tomatoes from the can and cut them fine. Put with the juice in a pan and bring to the boil.

Pick the leaves from the basil and tear them into pieces. Add half of the basil to the tomatoes. Keep the other half apart.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook with the pasta for the last 4 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish in 8-10 minutes until golden brown and done.

Drain the pasta and the broccoli and scoop through the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide into 4 plates. Sprinkle with the cheese and the rest of the basil. Serve with the fish.
