Penne with creamy turkey-zucchini sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, wholemeal penne (pasta), olive oil (possibly from sun-dried tomatoes), turkey breast fillet strips, oyster mushrooms (in strips), onion (in rings), zucchini (in half slices), garlic (pressed), dried oregano, crème fraîche and sundried tomatoes on oil (in strips).

Directions

Cook the Penne according to the instructions for use.

Heat frying oil in woks or casserole and stir in turkey strips for 5 minutes.

The last 3 minutes of oyster mushrooms.

Mix turkey strips and oyster mushrooms to a large scale and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Leave 2 min.

Of fruit in left-behind cooking fat.

Add the zucchini and fry for 5 minutes.

Add garlic and oregano and stir-fry for a further 1 min.

Season the vegetables with salt, pepper and turkey mixture.

Pour the Penne into the pan with crème fraîche and tomato strips.

Still warm up well.

Divide Penne over four deep plates and create turkey-zucchini mixture..
