Penne with green beans and artichoke
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: garlic, traditional olive oil, fine canned broad beans and formaggio da pasta (grated cheese).

Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and garlic for approx. 2 min.

Drain the beans. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the artichokes, collect the oil and cut the artichokes into pieces.

Spoon the beans, artichokes and tomatoes through the onion and heat them. Drain the penne.

Spoon the thyme with 3 tablespoons of oil collected by the vegetable mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Warm through well. Serve with the grated cheese.
