Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile cut the green cabbages into quarters and remove the outer leaves and the hard core. Cut the quarters into strips.

Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the bacon strips in a crunchy heat for 3 minutes. Add the green cabbages and Provencal herbs and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Scoop the crème fraîche through and season with salt and pepper. Spread the pasta over four plates and scoop up the creamy cabbage-bacon mixture. Sprinkle with the Grana padano and serve immediately.
