A delicious scandinavian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, old brown bread (or white, without crusts), minced meat (half-to-half), fried bacon cubes (crispy (bag 30 g)), onion (chopped), nutmeg, sage (jar 10 g), egg and chili (mill).

Directions

  1. Crumble the bread and put in a bowl. Pour over boiling water, soak for 10 minutes and squeeze out. Put the bread, minced meat, the bacon, onion, nutmeg, sage, egg, chili and salt in another bowl. Knead to minced meat. Divide the mince into 8 equal pieces and form 8 oval burgers. Store in the refrigerator until use.
  2. Light the barbecue. Grill the burgers on greased grates or greased grill topper on each side for 8 minutes. Delicious with mustard, ketchup and grilled potatoes.
