Penne with paprika, salmon and basil

Cut the peppers into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the quarters widthwise into thin strips.

Cut the garlic into slices.

Spoon the pepper strips in a skillet with the slices of garlic, Italian herbs, some salt and freshly ground pepper and olive oil.

Smother the paprika covered in 20 minutes until soft, then scoop occasionally.

Add any water and water if it goes too fast.

Boil the penne in a pan with plenty of boiling water with salt in 10-12 minutes until al dente.

Remove the skin from the salmon and cut the fillets into pieces.
