Mix the bread mix with the yogurt, egg, garlic and oregano.

Knead until smooth dough and let rise for about 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces.

Place a couple of peppers on each piece and roll out to a 1/2 cm thick piece.

Put on baking paper and let rise for about 20 minutes.

Roast the flat breads 3-4 minutes per side in a hot frying pan or on the barbecue over moderately hot coals.

Delicious with paprika salsa.
