Boil eggs in 8 min. Cook penne according to directions on packaging. Rinse in colander with cold water and let drain. Prepare garden peas according to directions on packaging. Rinse in colander with cold water and let drain.

Let eggs scare, peel and cut into pieces. Clean paprika and cut into pieces. Halve onions. Beat dressing of olive oil, mustard, 3 el onion juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix penne, peas, peppers, ham, onions, half of arugula and dressing and scoop on 4 plates. Garnish with egg pies and the rest of arugula.
