Pesto prie stew with chorizo
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cherry tomatoes (250 g), chorizo sausage (250 g), liquid margarine, sliced leeks (300 g), puree for stew (2 bags, 224 g) and pesto rosso (pot a 185 g) .

Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.

Cut chorizo into cubes.

Heat margarine in pan and lean over low heat in about 5 minutes.

Prepare the puree according to directions on the packaging.

Fry in a frying pan with non-stick coating chorizo for 2 min.

Add tomato wedges and heat for 1 min.

Leeks and pesto by puree.

Divide stew over four plates and create chorizo tomato mixture on top..
