Petits fours with forest fruits
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: blueberry jam, crème de cassis (cake), cake (400 g), strawberries (in slices), powdered sugar, whipped cream (from a spray can) and silver pills (jar).

In a bowl of jam and 2 tablespoons of cream, stir the cassis together.

Cut cake into 4 long slices and cover with jam mixture.

Spread 2 slices of strawberry over 2 slices.

Place other slices with jam side downwards and press stacks slightly.

In bowl of powdered sugar, stir in 3 tablespoons of cream the cassis and 1-2 tablespoons of water until shiny pink glaze.

Cover the top of cake layers with glaze.

Cut each stack with large smooth knife into 12 squares of 4 x 4 cm.

Petits fours next to each other to scale and put in refrigerator until use.

Just before serving on each petit four tuft whipped cream (and garnished with sixlets shimmer silver)..
