Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 Red onion shredded
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (djinten)
- 250 gram chicken liver in pieces, cleaned
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 50 gram sultana
- 300 gram White rice
- 600 milliliters chicken broth from tablet
- 50 gram pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon orange grater

Directions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion, garlic, despecores and salt and pepper for about 4 minutes at medium height.

Add the chicken liver and flour and stir fry quickly.

Add the raisins, rice and stock and bring to the boil while stirring.

Let the rice take the broth in about 15 minutes and then turn off the heat source.

Let the pilav stand for another 5 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts with the orange zest in a few minutes light brown and sprinkle with salt.

Divide the coriander through it. Serve the pilav and sprinkle the spiced seeds over it.
