Cut a ripe pineapple into blocks the size of an ice cube.

Break a bar of dark chocolate into small pieces and put the chocolate in a refractory bowl.

Melt the chocolate by placing the bowl over a pan of boiling water. Make sure the water does not touch the bowl.

Dip the pineapple cubes half in the melted chocolate and put them on a sheet of baking paper.

Then put the cubes in the refrigerator for half an hour to let the chocolate harden. Enough for 30 pieces.
