A delicious indonesian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: limes, light brown caster sugar, sweet soy sauce, red pepper (in rings), pineapple, apples ((Granny Smith), scrubbed) and cucumber.

Directions

  1. Squeeze the limes. Make in a bowl a dipping sauce of half the juice, the sugar, ketjapmarinadeen red pepper. Cut the bottom and crown of the pineapple and cut off the peel. Cut lengthwise into 4 parts. Remove the hard core with a knife. Cut the flesh into slices.
  2. Remove the core of the apples with the apple drill. Cut into parts. Drizzle with the rest of the lime juice. Cut the cucumber into 1/2 cm sloping slices. Place the apple, cucumber and pineapple on a flat dish. Put the sauce and serve. Delicious with rendang, nasi herbs and green beans in coconut milk.
