Scrape long ribbons of the cucumber with a peeler or cheese slicer. Cut the ginger into 6 thin slices.

Divide the cucumber ribbons and slices of ginger and baste together on the sticks.

Add 1 tbsp ginger syrup, 2 ice cubes and a skewer into each glass. Divide the rosé over the glasses.
