Dab the paprika dry with kitchen paper and cut it into wide strips.

Halve the cheese slices and cut the tomato into slices.

Cut the pita bread open longitudinally and top with 1 slice of cheese with 1 slice of chorizo, 1 slice of chorizo, 2 slices of tomato and 2 strips of paprika.

On top of this, again a slice of chorizo and a slice of cheese and cover with the other half of the pita bread.

Roast the sandwich in a sandwich maker until golden brown.
