Pita bread with minced meat, peppers, lamb's lettuce, Bulgarian yoghurt, mint and curry seasoning ketchup

Halve the peppers, remove the stalk and the seeds and cut into pieces.

Cut the onions. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and paprika for 3 min. On medium heat.

Add the minced meat and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the curry and bake for 8 minutes. Season regularly and season with salt and pepper.

In the meantime, pick the leaves of the fresh mint and cut finely. Put the yogurt in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the pita bread according to the instructions on the package.

Cut them open and fill them with the lamb's lettuce and curry beef. Divide the yoghurt mint sauce over it.
