Plaice fillet with hazelnut crust
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, plaice fillets, lemon juice, hazelnuts (finely chopped), matured cheese (grated), basil (finely chopped), chives (chopped) and olive oil.

Dab the plaice fillets dry with kitchen paper and cut into 4 equal bars. Place in a bowl and drizzle with the lemon juice and season with pepper. Mix hazelnuts, cheese, basil and chives in a small bowl.

Heat the oil in the gourmet pans. Place a bar of plaice in each pan each time and divide 1/4 of the nut cheese mixture. Put the pans under the gourmet grill and let light brown and cooked in 3-5 minutes.
