Plaice with beet salsa and orange rice


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, hand oranges, pre-cooked beetroot (pack a 4 pieces Organic), red onion, red pepper, fresh coriander (15 g), limes, plaice fillets, sunflower oil, salt and pepper, nut rice and bouillon powder.

Directions

  1. 1 orange well clean and peel fine grating.
  2. Slice both oranges thickly, cut segments between cutlets and halve them.
  3. Cut beetroot into cubes.
  4. Peel onion, halve and cut into thin slices.
  5. Cut pepper by half, remove seed strips and cut pepper into strips.
  6. Picking stalks of coriander.
  7. Squeeze limes.
  8. Spread scholfilets with 1 tablespoon of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  9. Boil rice with orange zest and stock powder in approx.
  10. 8 minutes.
  11. In a bowl of beetroot mix with orange, onion, pepper strips, coriander and the rest of oil to salsa.
  12. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper.
  13. Cook in frying pan with non-stick coating plaice in approx.
  14. 5 minutes.
  15. Turn over halfway through baking time.
  16. Divide rice into four plates, put fish on it and make beet salsa over it..
